aaaw the joys of football season here in the states...I'm just surrounded by football, football, football, footballclp)...on Friday nights, the high-school teams play, then onSaturdays you got the college games and on sundays, mondays and thursdays the NFL. Yeah Baby!blkheadrock
I took in my first college game, weekend before last, and just sat there with this huge smile on my face wondering what my soccer-loving cyber friendswere doing at thatvery moment. I must admit I wasn't sitting for long because my team just lit up the scoreboard it seemed like every other minute and then to hear the band play we are the champions. *ashanti tries torelive that greatfootballmoment but has to snap out of it to continue her story*Oh where was I? Everytime a touch-down was scored, I tried to the think what would be the equivalent of that in soccer that would bring such joy, such thrills, high-fives, jumping up and down, mind losing excitement? then my mind drew a blankblkwonder because I realized only this version offootball could induce that kind of pleasure...bighairlol
Anyway....a good time was had by all and I held up my soda in a mock toast to you soccer-loversblk2cheers2and said I wish you were here doing the electric slide banana.gifwith me!:Pniceone.gif

@ The non-real football fans aka soccer lovers....blksmoke
Anyway...I was so torn this week my colts played the other team I love, the Titans butsince we lost last week, we needed a win this week and got it done.banana.gif It was bitter-sweet for me. Indy 31, Tennesee 17.
Tennessee Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck (53) grabs Indianapolis Colts running back Edgerrin James (32) by the facemask as James runs for an 11-yard gain in the fourth quarter .

Okay w-18...this is for you. niceone.gif
This brother threw down today..ask Kunjufu who he is, he knows but I'll tell you anyway...Donovan McNabb...QB for the Philadelphia Eagles....
28-41, 350 yds
2 TDs
5 Rush, -2 yd, 1 TD
His team beat the Detroit Lions today 30 to 13...McNabb put up some nice numbers.
Alright on to another brother who had a good day today...Aaron Brooks Quarterback of the New Orleans Saints... He went....24-41, 316 yds, 1 TD as the Saints beat the Saint Louis Rams 28 to 25 in overtime.
Atlanta Falcons Quarterback, Michael Vick.. He didn't do much today but his team still won , beating the Arizona Cardinals 6 to 3 (a soccer score I know, don't remind me:P ) to remain undefeated on the young season. I hate to report my man Steve McNair got hurt today. The veteran Quarterback had to watch from the sidelines in the 4th quarter as hisTennessee Titans lost...15 to 12 to the Jacksonville Jaguars who were lead by this cat, Quarterback Byron Leftwitch who ain't no slouch either. And last but certainly not least...this brother did his thang today, Minnesota Viking's Quarterback Duante Culpepper who went 19-30, 360 yds
2 TDs
6 Rush, 15 yds, 1 TD as his team beat the Chicago Bears 27 to 22.
