Of course. 1-0 then they'll take it on penalties.

*Walks in on cloud of air*
@ Voluptuousbabe and Kunjufu, ican only wish in hindsight that i'd put money on.
Who cares, just hearing Mourinho humble his arrogant self was good enough compensation. What a night........again...........dumping Chelsea out.................again........
And Kuyt's goal was onside, so we were even denied of the victory in playing time. It couldnt have come any sweeter...lol

Wow le moor wot a prediction. U're good at this. I'll admit the first time i noticed you on this site woz the 'liverpool will beat milan in the final' thread. When i saw that i laughed coz we were playing rubbish, and it looked very unlikely.
Well done to the boys. Chelsea must be really drained from playing us. Woz relaxed throughout the build up and throughout the whole match coz i didnt expect us to win. I'm glad they surprised me.

If you had to pick a result on us winning, then it really wasnt that unlikely when you think about it.
The alternative to tonight's result, was Chelsea scoring 1 which would have meant we would have needed 3 or us winning 2-0 in normal time. You just couldnt see either of those resultshappening against Chelsea could you?
If you had to pick a win at'll, then the most probable option had toinvolve either a win in extra (playing) time or penalties.

Gutted last night after the defeat. Hope this will be a blessing in disguise and we use this defeat to bounce back. We were unlucky to lose but, we cant complain, becuase ultimately we failed to take our chances and milan took theirs. We can outplay milan all we want, but at the end of the day it's siezing chances to score goalsthat matter. So no complaints. Proud of the red men though. They were gracious in defeat and we went out like champions.
GONZALEZ SET TO LEAVE REDS
Jimmy Rice in Athens 24 May 2007
Mark Gonzalez is set to leave Liverpool for Real Betis after one season at the club.
Rafa Benitez today confirmed the two sides had "almost" reached an agreement over the Chilean winger.
Bolo Zenden, whose contract expires in the summer, has also been told he can talk to other clubs.
Benitez said: "I was talking with him before and I said he could talk with other teams. He knows the situation.
"It's clear some players will leave. We almost have an agreement with Real Betis for Mark Gonzalez."
Yeeeeeeeessssssss! So the much neededpurge has begun! Good luck Gonzo!

Tee, its not our midfield or defence which needs addressing. As you saw last night and against Chelsea, in these areas we can match the best in Europe. Its our forward line which needs addressing FIRST. Last night last was about finishing. We had 3 good chances in the first twenty minutes and really Milan should have been finished off then. They were poor last night compared to how they played against United and we fail to capitalise.
Benitez wouldnt do wrong to start looking at home at possibly one of these two.

Twenty goals this season playing for a crap side and has European experience. Looks more prolific than all of our strikers.

Bent would be an excellent buy, a natural born finisher and easily more prolific than our forwards.
