Kunjufu - rah!...someone told me you support Liverpool now
Their knives and their guns could not hold me, their drinks and their drugs could not control me, their education could not school me, their religion could not fool me, their women could never tempt me
their politicians could never rent me, but the babylon daughter still got my pikney!

Seeen!! I was gonna say with a new season and a new stadium you should give them one more chance still But I like the way you used todays Liverpool match to promoteArsenal in a Liverpool supporters thread. Don't feel no way to start an Arsenal supporters thread...maybe we can compare thread hit counts

Side looks ok. Zenden will have to do more as hes never impressed me much in his career.

Its a tough call now to know what sides best. Dont like Gerrard in that role, but where do you put him? Dont like him on the left and you wouldnt want to drop Pennant to play him on the right. Can Pennant play on the left perhaps. Could play a lone striker with Gerrard playing free role but i dont like the lone striker thing unless its 100% necessary, its too negative.

Still lots of different options going on which is massive improvement.

We'll beat them up in Cyprus, our away form never lets us down. Apparently we let them score first tonight as a mark of respect for their bombed homes.

Liverpool. Too predictable/ too much pencil line passing with little invention apart from Alonso and Pennant who looks like a very good signing. Always puts in quality crosses.. cant ask for more..need Fowler fit for more than 10 games to take advantage of that though..
Maccabi Haifa were a good side all the same but Liverpool just wore them down/ like the relentless mindless drones they are.. why Steven Gerrard thinks he's going to get lucky again and win a major trophy at Liverpool is anybody's guess..
Sorry no bias here butI seriously see Tottenham and Liverpool fighting for the 4th spot this season. Liverpool have too many changes to adopt and Bellamy as the sun will shine tomorrow will get injured for 1/2 the season. He always does.
Wouldnt be surprsied if its Tottenham V Liverpool in the UEFA cup this season.

Pennant reminds me more of a young Beckham in his peak than Giggs. His first instinct is to put a ball in which is what you want really. Giggsback in the day washead down and start running lol Pennants supply line will be good. Shame Crouch is so crap in the air!!
I no be gentleman at all O!

Why are you too afraid to drop Sissoko? He's good but he aint in the same class as Gerrard and Alonso. There's no way stevie G's centralMidfield spot should besacrifice to accomodate Sissoko.

You're right, Thats Gerrards best position as well imo centre mid.....

Sissoko looking like a damm good player at the moment, would be hard on him to get dropped. If he can add goals to his game say 10-15 per season, then you got one hell of a player.
