He could not do anything nor make decisions when he had some of the best players in Europe and when he should have sat others down like Beckham.
I mean how can you have a squad with Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard, Bent, Defoe, SWP, Lennon, King, and Terry and only win games against people the US beats handily 1 or 2 nothing?
He has no international organizational skills at all. If the US was smart they would have waited until the guy who coached S. Korea and Australia from nothing to the second round in the past two tourneys. He is a proven national coach. Sven is after somm A** on the DL and wrecking a fragile US at the moment should not be his mistake. We need someone who understands the wars with Mexico and that we cannot lose to Mexico even in a friendly. Sven does not understand that a couple of losses to Mexico may mean we will shave the sides of his head to match the top.......

Can have room to breathe and actually be a coach.The American media wil not get into his private life and he can walk the streets unmolested because of soccer placement in the American landscape.The German coach living in LA is not an option IMHO.

Expect Landon Donovan and Claudio Reyna to start every game unquestioned wether they have one wooden leg or a face full of smallpox scars... Expect to be completely defensive and lack pace, expect your best players either to be ommited or played in odd places that hamper them... in short... expect to be ****ed!
