I don't agree with this so far as the carribeans are concerned. As for the Americans they'd rather be playing basketball or NFL because football isn't in their culture.

Agree with Le Moor, nothing remains static. Hungary used to be a world power in football as did England once lol

Don't know about "only" but they run good because they tend to be long and slender and genetically suited for distance running. Endurance and stamina wise. Also because it has been so dominant there for decades now it has a strong tradition and infrastructure for youths aiming to be the next Gebrasellasie

Boxing and football are the most popular but basketball is growing in popularity as well

I used to think it was because their culture leans them toward cricket ahead of football. Funny because there are Asian leagues in the UK (big one in London) and I live in an area full of Asians and they all love football and play day and night. Some are very good.

What makes brazilians so good?

At football? Culture. It's integral and far more important to them. Not merely the love of football itself, many countries have that, but the love of a certain style of football. Brazillians of all colors and classes play the same way.

Why are all racing drivers white?

Nepotism for the most part, racing drivers tend to be sons of racing drivers and also the money factor. It takes a whole big heap of money to keep that up as a habit for a young kid.
