Gracias MCP. Gracias. ( Learning a bit a spanish just in case I meet the great redeemer).
Kunjufu. What say ye eh. What say Ye!!! Its onwards and upwards from here on in. Just like Pastor Roundhead said... Forward ever/ backward never.
Pity Ill be away for the big one Dec 22nd at the Arab ground. Should be interesting with an 8 game unbeaten Spurs side in confident form.
BTW where else but JJB sells Tottenhams shirts. Cant get my hands on one.. must be selling like hot patties.

Spurs need to learn the basics of "defending" before they even think of Arsenal. If Aalaborg can put 2 past Spurs at the Lane, then I'd dread to think what Arsenal will do at the Emirates.
If Spurs want to challenge the big four, then they should address this problem and quick - it seems that they're taking their time. This has been going on far too long.
Sure, you will need players in January, but the manager should get the best out of the players he got.
We shall see today = at home against the Brummies - lets see if you can win and get a cleansheet for a change

Its early days for Ramos. Guy has to learn the language and culture, never mind understand his players. That said, there has been an immediate positive impact, so good so far. Still think Europe is a reasonable goal - they have a good enough squad. As ever, its about consistency.
Spurs' ropey defending is old news - apart from when Ledley and Dawson were both on song last two seasons, the back four has been suspect long time. Perhaps the biggest oversight of the Jol era was not buying a couple of quality central defenders at any time - could never understand the obsession with midfielders.
As for the Gooners.....will listen more to their Premiership claims if their position is still intact after the African Cup of Nations.....that tournament will hit them more than any of the Big Four. Can't deny they've been a class act so far.
Mind your wants, 'cos somebody wants your mind

Hmmmmmmmm
a resurgent Spurs against lowly Brum......
1st half Kaboul fouls a brum player penalty...
2nd Half
a lucky penalty when your 12th man [the ref] gifts you a penalty after waving away an earlier foul..
Keane Makes it two with another lucky strike...
But whats this Brum comes back to 2-2 and then in extra time Larsson ex Arsenal makes it 3-2 to Brum and condemns Spurs to defeat and a relegation battle at the foot of the PREMIERSHIP...
But hold is this the same resurgent Spurs on the up? Is this the same Spurs feted in the Press at the Beginning of the Season with the 'BEST' strike force in the Prem..?
No surely this is NOT the same Spurs that was going to replace the MIGHTY Gunners as a top four team..?
Oh dear oh dear oh dear..... Yep i can see that things are improving at Spurs ROTF....

Oh dear Oh dear.........
I have nothing against Spurs - but that was exactly what i was on about.
Conceeding 3 goals at home to Birmingham is just pathetic man - for a club thats supposed to be challenging the top 4.
Dodgy keeper, dodgy defence - Ramos needs to do something and quick.

Once I saw Kaboul on the teamsheet I knew we were going to have problems. Stupid penalty /what was he doing.. in fact every time he has the ball my heart is in my mouth. The guy is a liabilty and he can go learn his trade elsewhere at somebody elses expense.
Yep as Spurs fans have said a million times. As all the pundits have said. We need two/ three quality defenders. And a top draw tough tackling central midfielder.
Next transfer window is crucial. The game was in the bag but for some keystone cops defending.

Spurs resurgence huh? LOL
With half the Portsmouth defense on the market during the summer, you would thing the Spurs would have taken a look at some of them. Muntari is the tough tackling mid you guys needed. If he could go up against the best of the best at the WC, you knew he could stand up to the speed of the EPL. He was Ghana's best player there.
here spurs fans here is some good stuff to ease your pain LOL
I have never seen a team sabotage itself when it is on the edge of CL football.......

Tottenham Hotspur (1) 2 Manchester City (0) 1
Where are the faithful man. Want some pictures up in here..
After some rough seas Ramos continues to steady the ship. Still got to sort out a replacement for Kaboul. Outjumped for the equaliser. Why does he play him.. why not play a youth from the reserves...jeez.

@BT
Now do you see man? Muntari is the truth. He is playing the same as he played at the WC. Now think if he played with you guys I honestly think you would be top 6 right now.
