After their lower league struggles Juande Ramos, Tottenhams manager had behind curtain talks with Arsenals top manager Wenger.

The discussion was said to have gone on for hours during which Tottehmans manager pleaded, begged for Arsenes help in boosting Tottenham fans morale by allowing a gross score win over one of europes top football teams.

''Being a lower league team has been difficult'' said the manager, looking tired knees dirty from appeasing Wenger, ''the fans have been complaining and attendance at matches has been low, hopefully this fraudulent win will boost seat sales and keep me off the streets'''.

And it did, Arsenals champion sympathy for the derby team allowed them a 5 - 1 win in yesterdays match, we caught up with the Tottenham manager ironing Man united shirts and cleaning boots to ask him how he felt about yesterdays win, ''Great he said, the sky is the limit''. The score? 5 - 1 to Tottenham but a medal for Arsenals sportsmanship.

I wanted to know if the Dagara elders could tell the diffrence between fiction and reality. The elders did not understand what a starship is, they did not understand what the fussy uniforms had to do with anything but they recognized in Spock a Kontomble of the seventh planet... they had never seen a Kontomble that big.
