Football Transfer Rumours/Speculations -
13-06-08, 08:46 AM
A few of the lastest transfer speculations/rumours are;
Gareth Barry from Villa to Liverpool, They now want £20 million for him, too much imo.
Rocky Santa Cruz from Blackburn to Man Utd
Paul Ince from MK Dons and Sam Alladyce to Blackburn for vacant mangers role.
Chelsea new boss Luiz Felipe Scolari to make Ibrahimovic his first signing for £25 million from Inter. Inter new Boss Mourinho linked with Carvalho, Drogba and Essien his old bum pals.
Deco Linked with Chelsea
Mark Hughes new Man City boss is busy and wants to make Lucas Podolski his first signing from Bayern Munich for £20 million. Also has offered on Ronaldiho who is said to not be impressed with their offer-not enough readies. Offerred on Kenwyne Jones from Sunderland @ £10 million and Muntari from Portsmouth too.
Aresnal playing hardball with Barcelona and want Yaya Toure and £10 million for Hleb.
David Villa linked with just about the whole world. Most sought after player at the moment. Will definately leave his club Valencia this summer. If hes got any sense he'll line up with Torres.

Would love to see David Villa at the gunners, but:
a) We could never afford him
b) Who do we get rid of to accomodate him?
Adebayor offers something different, and Bendtner is a good understudy, although in some ways i think he has better feet than Ade.
It would be sore to to not give Walcott his go up-front, and ULTRA sore not to give Eduardo a decent run in the side when he recovers.
Just got Carlos Vela from hiks loan spell, and he is a stone cold centre forward. I am expecting Ramsey and Fran Merida to push for a starting place and hopefully Rosicky and Van P, can deliver some of their awesome potential and stay fit this season, we woz robbed last year...
Cristiano Ronaldo WILL DEFO SIGN FOR REAL! And i am ellated by the prospect. Hahahahahaha!!!! (This is so immature..!)
Gareth Barry £20 Mil!!!!!! Rafa is slowly losing it!

I don't see us getting David villa UNLESS Ade goes and then we can splash the money on him, but 4 goals in two games in the Euro has seen his price skyrocket.
The only person in the world that costs more than he does at the moment is Ronaldo. LOL

Every big tournament is an opportunity for clubs to over inflate player valuations. Clubs shouldnt get caught up in it, unless were talking Zidane's, Maradonna's, Rivaldo's etc. Theres nothing about Villa which saids hes guarenteed to be a success in the Premiership. Remember Moreintes? He was also once the hottest thing outta Spain, yet couldnt cut it in England. Similiar type player to Villa as well.
Besides we've already got the best from Spain in Torres...lol

Even though i too would love to see the back of Ronaldo, the way hes carrying on over this move to Madrid is just wrong. He owes everything to Man U and Fergerson and has only really come to the top of his game for 2 seasons. Hes foolish anyway as hes already in the best league in the world and moving anywhere from Man United nowadays (except LFC) is a step downwards, including Real.

Dude Villa and Morientes are two different kind of strikers. Villa is quicker than Morientes in his prime. Plus that touch he made yesterday running full speed shows he can make his moves at EPL speed on an EPL style regularly played long ball in the 90th minute.
The kid has EPL forward all over him. I mean Melberg was a successful EPL defender for years and he got burned.
And with SAF scouting him a couple of years ago, you have to know he is the real deal......
The question is does anyone have the cash to pa for him now that he costs 1 Gillion (yes GILLION) Euros

I back you on this. I mean he owes SAF everything and to be honest with you he would be Quedesma's level at best. SAF has shown him how to be aware of the field and it has shown this season and at the end of last season.
Now he is going to go to Real which is always in turmoil just on president elections alone. If he goes he gets what he deserves, but he is a greedy and arrogant player which can only be controlled by a father figure like SAF. Oh well.

Why is he wrong? Do you think for a second that the instant his form/abilities begin to wane that Fergie wouldn't drop him like a hot brick??!! Football today is populated by mercenaries. There is no true loyalty on either side, both club and player. Look at how Fergie shot, Staam, Van Nist, Ince, Nicky Butt etc,etc.... People just do what is right for them. Purely selfish.
Now iam just praying that the recent paper talk is true and the Gunners sign Frings and Nasri. Now that France look like they are coming out of the Euros Nasri's price should hold, AND Frings will provide the necessary steel and experience in the centre of the park.
Morrientes and David Villa are totally different types of players!!!! Morrientes was a killer in the air, and predominantly a link man, whereas Villa is pace positioning and finishing.

Liverpool:
These james milner rumours keep re-occuring. Rafa what are you thinking?
Villa want £20 million for barry? Having a laugh. They should be thankful we stretched the bid to £15 million.
Riise, on his way out. alonso out. Crouch out...unfortunately.
United:
Ramsey transfer got hijacked!! A bit like gareth bale last year! haha.
Santa cruz linked. Sergio Ramos linked, though i think this one is a far fetched rumour.
Arsenal:
Nasri transfer stalled due to talks over wages. Just get him you guys!

@ Tee apparently Riise is a serial gambler on the verge of Bankruptcy.
Looks like Lampard is definately on his way to Inter Milan with old Boss Mourinho.

Le moor et al... Can i ask you how is Real Madrid's and Ronaldo's behaviour different to what Man utd did with Hargreaves and Bayern Munich... As i remember it Fergie courted Hargreaves through the media for months..even after Bayern told him hands off...Then Hargreaves engineered his way out of Germany in very simular circumstances.. in fact didn't the same thing happen with Rooney and Everton too? so isn't this poetic justic?

I can't wait for Scolari to buy Ronaldinho, from Barca...or for that matter Deco...Boy i personally think Chelski is gonna get a stuffed next season... They made a BIG BIG mistake signing Scolari as their manager...and they will make a bigger mistake signing Ronaldinho If chelski manage top four next season I think they will be lucky...
They should have kept hold of Grant or better still signed a GOOD club manager not a Good international manager...I don't think Scolari has it for the premiership..no way!!
