I think the term "Urban" was created by whites as an excuse to give awards and undeserving credit to white people who perform/copy and imitate black music. When doing your project don't forget to give a mention to the MOBO's who have failed UK Black artist considerably......also mention the cheeck the mobo's had when they made a comment that uk black artist were not represented at the recent brit awards....people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones if you get my drift.

Ha ha hope thats enough for you to get your teeth into.....yeah yeah I know you said videos but how can you talk about videos without talking about the artist and then artist leads onto award shows.....get my drift smoking-devil



Another thing is the disctinction between lighter skin women in videos compared to dark skin women. Lighter skin women are always protrayed as sexy and moving seductively as in the many videos out there such as R Kelly, 50 cent etc which Uk are copying and dark skin women are protrayed as really freaking out and all sweaty and not sexy looking at all and such as Sean Pauls videos and Black Eyed Peas video......check it out for yourself and uk always follows the usa.
