I WISH to bring to public attention what appears to me to be a significant deficiency and manifest waste of time in the language arts reading course for grade four students in the primary schools.
good question Wouldn't the time be better spent learning Spanish or something more useful? for example, the philosophy and opinions of Marcus Garvey or the basics of music theory and practice
If only more African parents were this assertive and conscious of the heritage, where they actually questioned what is being taught to their children?
