Basically i want to be in a mixed environment but i want people from similar backgrounds around me. Im nerovus enough about starting uni. I want to know what uni's your going to and when....it would help me so much thanks xxxx

This latest thread reminds me of the question posed here: http://www.bnvillage.co.uk/forum7/6732.html as many of the Africans who post on the subject appear to be more concerned with the nature of "the environment" than the actual quality of the education that they will receive when the subject of universities is mentioned.

The mentality is certainly interesting to those of us so old that we remember the days when the purpose of attending a university was to get higher education.

i'm starting uni this year and ill be attending Goldsmith where i'll be studying History, im not at all worried.
