I am doing an investigation to determine which antiseptic produces the largest zone of inhibition between ginger plant oil and TCP. I will be testing these antiseptic with 6 different bacteria.
Anyway, my question is that once obtaining the results and using the standard deviation formula, how do you go about doing the t-test?
it's kl..i got a 6 out 7(8) in ma c/w....my Biology teacher just said i should add a sentence to my evaluation c/w and then i will get my 7 in the plan.
