How do you define destiny and fate.
I havent got the best definition for it i simply think that they are the same thing but destiny is often protrayed in a postive light whereas fate is not. What do you think it is and do you think you can change it?

Destiny, our mind's set path(see, attitudes, beliefs, morals, etc, etc). Unless someforce of change is brought upon it, then that set path will be our fate, which can be both positive, or negative. For example, if one mindset is of the violent type, then similar sort of people will be drawn towards you, for you to experience. aka like attracts like.

Our lifes tend to pan out aroundbased onwe think. If you want to change your destiny and fate, then change the way you think. It's pretty much that simple. It wasn't ment to be complicated.

"To realize what you are", "where here is", and "what is going on"
Also best to think in terms of "I" and not "we".

Fate is my expectations of God.
Destiny is God's expectations of me.

Why should we think in those terms?!
I believe we are all various parts of the same body .. so to me 'I' and 'we' is sometimes sinominous/the same/similar..

I like that thinking. Ethiopian Oneness philosophy. Might make a topic about it if i can find the right info.
A religious belief that everything is according to plan is the belief in destiny and fate.

no you cannot change fate...
because fate is an unknown quantity... excluding the ultimate fate which is death...
There can only be... one...

Ok.... I've already mentioned somethings will be preordained, like death as you pointed out..... obviously. Our life cycle is 144yrs should you be able to keep the perfect balance from the word go, but this isn't realistic, so the age of 144 gradually comes lower and lower with differant choices/living conditions, everything in between is not preordained and you can change this.
Someone walks out in the middle of the road and gets run over, life is cut short and that part of ultimate fate would occur, but thats not nessesarily the final roll of dice and entirely another topic altogether, had they not walked out or jinked to the left or right.......they would have changed this outcome.

who made up that figure 144??
... someone's can dictate they will die at age 13...
nothing can change that regardless of which path is taken.. because all ajoining path's will lead back to the same fate .. death at 13...
thats why we know our ultimate fate.... but we dont know the time of our ultimate fate...
because that time is an unknown quantity to us...
therefore u cant say.... i was meant to die at 26 but i did this or that... and that altered my time of fate....
no...
because i said that time is unknown...
so..
we all die when fated to die... because we dont know the alternativ.. routes...(if there are any)
There can only be... one...
