Also, would it be possible to use standard English in any responses, as I find it hard to converse in terms of "wis, datz, brez, mans, etc"

In my opinion it's just symptomatic of peer pressure and the need to put up a false front in front of others. People who to this tend to have low self-esteem and feel the need for acceptance from other as overriding factor...

Basically, its cause their friendship or your relationship doesn't involve the real him, either that or you are jealous of other people who have his attention so are claiming he doesn't act the same around them because you aren't the centre of attention.

Well, poor literacy aside:

Why do guys/ girls act differently infront of theirfriends than when they are their boy/girlfriend.

Well, Generally most people do

I mean You dont exactly share your lovings,your fears and dreams and repeat your ever dying lovefor them to your friends do you?

But to your partner of course you do..

You don't curse, and discuss which man/woman you would like to have sex with if you could with your partner do you? (it goes on)

It happens we are ALL socialised to.

Now a situation where both you are with your partner and friends its hard to keep a balance really and may turn into a case of ''... your going softif you show affection to your girl too much' (Not true btw)

Case of girls... You don't want to look weak, man hungry, sprung etc etc..(again not true).

But it happens.

To original Poster, maybe you should think whether you are worth this treatment depending on the degree of how bad it is or just accept that 'boys will be boys' that maybe You too will act differently when you are with your girlfriends.

But note aside: PLEASE TYPE IN STANDARD ENGLISH!
