I lived and worked in DR for 3 months...I went there liking reggaeton and left loving it...Its everywhere in that country, if aint Merengue or Bachata it REGGAETON...my favourite tunes are ILLAMA PA VERTE, RAKATA, NOCHE DE SEXO,Senior De laNocheAND DAJEL EL PESO,(spelt wrong)..Its understandable why people dont really like it because it is the same formula in every song...Im actually going to the Don Omar concert tomorrow...should be interesting...dragging my friend a long she aint a willing participant!

Oh about them putting black chicks in the videos...LOL...what a load of s*%$£*. ...Spanish Caribbeans have got a major skin issue, the amount of arguments I got intr out there because people couldnt understand why I prefered to be called by my name as apposed to "MORENA"...still irritates me...The only chicks that are in the videos look European...Rompe had a few black girls only becasue Daddy yankee is signed to a major now and if he didnt have any women of any colour in their those Americans would have kicked up a stink!!

Reggaeton is for the Latinos its their music, they couldnt give a toss if the world embraces it or not, its made by them for them,,(sound familiar)

this form of music,is so un-soulfull,i wonder how one could chill-out to this at home. in the clubs yeah ok, but at home i wonder what right thinking person would wana play this chilling on a sunday afternoon.
