Hi Kanday, I have heard this term 'wigger' used on several occassions, and my judgement from it is not one that is relative to a white woman, but to white people on a whole , who try to act like a n*gger.. please bare in mind there is a disassociation from a n*gger and a black person within the black community.
The term 'wigger' according to the dictionary means:
A pejorative term for a caucasian kid ("white" person) who mimicks language, dress and mannerisms of black ghetto kids.
We can go deeper, but for now hopefully this answers your question
Life is good really, it's just how you view it.

Amazed that as a mixed race person, 'wigger' is the term which has prompted you tolay a question on black people. there are worse terms to worry about than those applied to dumb azz white people, who act as if, if i: *walk like this, talk like this, listen to this music, dress like this* then..i am just like a black person & they will just luuuuurve it if i mimic them - after all, its all theyre about..isnt it???
Lady..whoever u r, think - although i guess your question is just a joke anyway.

I'll ask you again... why does something you do not understand offend you? If you understood what a "wigger" was and you said that it offended you, then I don't think anyone here would question you. Incidentally, you are embracing both of your cultures, not embellishing them...

i think music and clothes are universal, there is no black or white style. i have seen white rappers; eminem skinnyman and i have seen black rockers; zach de la rocha from rage.. and m.c.u.d from (hed)p.e. i hate clasifications, the only reason they're there is to build stereotypes. is there somthing intrisicaly black about material cut in a certain way or synthesizers used in a certain way, NO!

No... you don't call white girls with ******s... wiggers.
you call them coal burners.
andsecond off I do find the word ****** very degrading... tar baby or spear chucker are the more polite forms in public.

wigger- some one who admires black style and culture?

offtopic.gifI guess you are the type of person that listen to Urban music rather call it Hip Hop or R'n'B.

Of course there is a universal known style to clothes, if you see some covering there head and face, wouldn't u presume them to be muslim?, if u see someone with turban on their head, would you presume them to be sheek, maybe extreme examples.

But if you see someone in a suit, wouldn't u say he his smartly dress?

As for the "Wigger", I call some white m/f that, simply becuase of the way they are acting, u can see the peer pressure on their faces, even for the older ones, and no I wouldn't see me calling them a "Wigger" been racist.

**** hip-hop and r'nb im a drum and bass raver, all that music is posey money money bitches stuff (with some exceptions i know, but too few).
religious dress is ofcourse exclusive to certain people but the hijab is very different from tracksuit bottoms, i dont see how wearing avirex, an "aviation" means you are black or trying to be. neither does listening to hip hop, all this silly dividing stuff is just that, dividing. i think anyone who wears several pairs of tracksuit bottoms, caps at a silly angle and one leg higher than the other is a dickhead, can we not unite under that.

In my opinion, a "wigger" isn't someone white and listens to rap music, dress in the clothes and whatnot since Beastie boys were one of the first rappers to make it into the top 10 chart.
I guess a "wigger" is someone who actually isn't themselves, faking the ghetto-talk, claiming they used to be a "gangsta" etc.

wigger is a white guy/gal trying to be black period. this doesn't mean listning to black music, but just someone who tries too hard and begsto impress blacks.

I understand what you mean and in an ideal world you are totally correctbut I also understand why there is a commonly reffered to 'black style'.

Most black people (generally notnessarily on this site)know nothing of ancient africa eg Songhai, Mali, Ghana, Meroe so therefore think music is the only field that we have innovated and created therefore are more likely to proudly refer to it as Black Music rather than just music the fact Eminem and others do it very well doesnt change its origin.
