I have been noticing recently that dating dynamics seem to change over time.

On the one hand women could be considered to be in the driving seat for much of their teens/20's as men are always offering themselves and pretty much every age group finds them attractive.

On the other hand once they hit their 30's it seems to be the women who do more of the chasing. The men tend to be more selective often preferring the younger woman who might have turned them down a few years back.

I see it every day with women i work with, as soon as they hit the big 3...0 they become much more aggressive/desperate in their search for men. Lost count of the times i've heard ' do you have any singlefriends/relatives'....also noticed a lot of men not wanting to commit too soon as they feel they'll have ' a better selection of women to choose from' later on.

Personally i think these women have a lot to offer but can come across as a little desperate which is offputting.

To the women - do you feel this puts pressure on you to find mr right sooner rather than later or settle for someone who doesn't meet the ideal?

To the men - do you feel you have a better chance of finding your ideal woman the older you get?

hmmmm

I tend to find old fossil men approach me and my friends ( late teens), and they just want a jook, fun nothing serious and I avoid all of them like a plague.

I also tend to find that men who date mature ( not old- my heck 30 s not old) want to have something serious

Also older men want a young girl because they THINK we are niave.

but then I am seeing a trend of young teenage boysgoing out with older women eg I know an 18 yr old boy with a 27 yr old women and he is whipped over her

dunno their is too many type of relationship to just group a whole agesection behaviour

I think the older u get the more matured one is with relationships. personally i don't see a problem with asking a guy out if i dig him...the highest he can say is NO...
