When I use to work atElys in wimbledon some years ago, my boss was white guy. Now I have nothing against white people or any races for that matter, but this guy was a pompous ass kissing ****. I met him for the first time 2 months after I joined the company, he looked OK at first but I started picking up on his comments about some employees that worked in the man's department, I thought it was nothing until he called who ever it was a "f***ing brown c***". I went to my supervisor not because I went to tell her but she knew there was something wrong because I didn't look all that happy, she asked me and I avoided but she was persistant, I finally told here what happened, and she told me that maybe I was hearing things because he was the most symphetic guy in the building. When I went back to work after a holiday, he asked me to supervise some 16 year olds who were doing there work experience, I did as i was told, and enjoyed interacting with those guys. He on the other hand had a problem with me and asked to speak to me. He thought I was a slacker and that I didn't do any work and that I was rude to customers, yes I'll admit to rolling my eyesat some customers but rudeness was not the case, this ******* clearly had a problem with as he proved it when I asked to only work on Saturdays and have Sundays off, The MD thought it over and she gave me the permission to take sundays off from now on, but he found out and after sometime the dick head knew I was off on sundays but sent a letter to home stating that I had to work Sundays or else there would be a displinary hearing against me. I approached him and with more then a little anger i explained the satuation and that I had already spoken to the MD. He said that wasn't good enough, I asked him a simple question "When an MD gives you the go ahead, isn't that a good enough reason" but he insisted that I was lying so I we got in a heated argument which ended with me leaving the job and giving 2 weeks notice, I told him personally that he would never succeed in the business world and that he mahorly sucked as a power figure. That ended my year on top with Elys and the rest is how would say HISTORY. So the moral of this story is that some people who think it's ok to throw obcenities at people, ignorant ****s like my boss need a fist up the side. Whatever you do whether it's your parents who force you to get a job, don't drop your self by taking this shit from anyone.

Blacks do come together as a community many a time and many a time we hold the same stance on certain things, but people also neglect to to acknowledge we are individuals. Put simply, "Not just one big blob, sharing one brain". KMT. Just because one black person writes something, this does not mean that every other black agrees with. A joke is either funny or not,appropriate or not.The butt of most jokes are interchangeable.The Irishman Englishman and Scotman jokes,Essex girl jokes,Blonde girl jokes,Yo Momma jokes,are all cruel,and should only be used with discretion where appropriate.
Jokes are not personal attacks on any particualr section of humanity,but are a defence to break down barriers or misconceptions.

I would expect most people have been appalled by a joke at some time and still found it funny,against their better judgement......and that is the whole point of the joke.
