I remember one time when my friend was talking to some girl, and one of her friend kept on saying "she don't want to talk to you", going all up in his face.

Great idea for a topic! Angry words never help a situation, I find. A few weeks ago I had my half sister, who is Japanese, working on the garden and fixing my old car. Well she let the fuel mixture run too rich and blow me down with a feather if I didn't turn on her and say "We're not made of money you know!" But Aunty Ethel came out and said "Brucey, she's just doing her best" and we all went in for arum or twoand there's never been an angry word since. Mind you the fuel mixture is running nice and lean these days too.
