How do you approach them? What do you say to them? Cause...I can honestly say lol, that Londoners (I'm one myself) can sometimes be a lil harder to break the ice with cause we're a hard faced community lolol (the majority), but it might simply depend on where you're going. You mentioned two places, Brixton and Hounslow Central? Maybe the next time you come you should try visiting different places and you might get different results.
