Hey flexxi!!

A bar/club i currently frequent has live PAs from local talent then they have 25min DJ sessions then back to the live music.

For some reason I seem to find that this format keeps the atmosphere very "electric" and engaging.

The vibe is jazz, soul etc

I would definitely be interested in another club like that!!

The reason I think this formula works so well is because there is that sense of not knowing whats gonna happen next.

Most clubs nowadays are so predictable...

Standing around for 3 hrs listening to...

LOUD ASS BORING CONTEMPORARY MUSIC...

JUST dont do it for me at all...

Then again I am partial to SOUL MUSIC anyway... (NU Soul, JILL, DWELE, etc)
