any decent recipe's
the butcher said its best to cook it slow on a low heat.
i do like slow cooking when it comes to red meat
i feel like doing a traditional english roast for sunday dinner of course it would have a slight west indian twist eg seasoning and ting.
i read some websites saying 1hr imagine. i will be cooking it for much longer than that
