chicken nuggets..cut up chicken in small pieces, season, roll in flour and deep fry

chicken pie..you can use a pre made pie crust
you will need chicken pieces, 1 can of creme of chicken soup and a bag of mixed veggies (carrots, peas, pototoes etc)
place 1 pie crust on the bottom of baking dishor dutch pot and in another pot heat and mix chicken veggies and soup when heated and mixed well, place on top of crust..then take another pie crust and place on top..make some slits in the top, bake until gold brown..
lasagne...i make that too...but i don't feel like typing the directions...too many steps to remember right now..will try to come back for that one..

^^ do you use chicken breast or any chicken. do you season the chicken and the flour or just one of them

i made shepherds pie yesterday was quite impressed and its sooooo simple to do. i just got the mince and cooked that up with onions and seasoned it up, then i added a gravy mix i bought the colemans shepherds pie satchet. my potatoes were boiled then mashed with butter and black pepper. though most people said its nice when cheese is grated on top of the potatoe. i used a pyrex dish and placed it in the oven and served onced fully cooked...served up with a selection of fresh veg

breast meat cut up in squares or strips are fine..or what ever part you like...just cut them up whatever size you like them...small-med sizes work best though...
when i cook, i season the chicken itself and depends on how i cook it...it may get seasoned while cooking too..but chicken nuggets can be seasoned before hand..
but really you can season the flour too if you would like...depends on individual taste..
make sure your oil is hot enough too..
