I make guinness punch more or less the same way but I don't measure I just go with the taste. I leave out the vanilla essence but will use a bit of bottle milk.
I made carrot juice yesterday. I juiced as much carrots as possible then added condensed milk, lil bit of bottle milk and nutmeg. Again its not a measuring ting have to go by taste, it does help if carrots are as sweet as possible to give it a nice flavour.
I know how to make magnum which is oats, guinness, condensed milk and bottle milk. You whizz all the ingredients in a blender, adjust ingredients according to taste. This one is a favourite of mine but haven't made it in a while.
I think you would make peanut punch and pineapple punch the same way as magnum but leave out the guinness and oats obviously. I've never tried to make them so I'm just guessing.
I tell you a nice drink to have is 1 mango, 4-5 carrots and 1 large orange. You juice orange and carrots together, transfer to a blender and add the flesh of the mango. Blend to consistency of your choosing, makes a nice refreshing drink but theres no official name for it.
