I need some sweet potatoe recipes. because besided just adding them to soup or cook food for stew chicken I dont know what elese to do with them

I like to roast them, they are lovely! On a sunday I will do rice and peas, fish/lamb/chicken/roast potatoes, roast sweet potatos an veg.
