Hey Abissina, there is a slight chance that I might know you. I went to the same campus, but Iam stillliving hereafter I finished. But you are right a lot of students do live after finishing, I forgot to mention that this place is not good for someone without a car. It seems likeyou lived near the campus, so that was why youit washard for to get to the shops. I lived right in the Heart of the towncentre, so shopping was not problem for me. When did you finished??
Before it used to be that majority of Blacks here were student, but it is not the case anymore. I play football on sunday, while it used to be about 4 blacks on the pitch then, now we have up more than 20 showing up, a lot of black people have moved here now. Tell me what you studied.

London born & bred, reside in E.London..I've been 2 quite a few places in this country & I have 2 say you really cant beat London just for the X amount of diferent sights sounds & the intergration is amaze'n..Wanna be blacks are everywhere not knock'n all just make'n a lick'l point..
However London has got10 louder over the last few years so live'n inna it can sumtimes 4 sum be a bit much..Move'n 2 da edge or just outside wouldn't be a bad ting just as long as I aint 2 far away from it, eg : Luton..

@AbissiniaI definitely know you then. I did the same course and finished the same year. Ofcourse there weren't many girls in my class, so I am sure you are one of the three I am thinking of. I know you know me, I think your name start with A or C. There were 3 black girls that finished in my class. Just for you to know that i was in your class, do you remember Harry, Chris Odu and the other folks. PM to let me know exactly who you are, you could be any of the three.

Give me a bit more details about your self after all you have got an advantage over me, there were only a few woman in IT and even fewer black woman.

Hey Abissinia.............I am more confused that ever. Ihave Reasons to believe that you are C, but then again, I have some reasons to believe you are A. I amnot absolutely sure whichone. But Myfirst instinct from thetime you told me you finished in 2002 says you are A.To back that up, I have gone back to reread your post and I saw this"Man, after 8 weeks there I packed my things and moved back to London, after that my friends and me took to driving and shared the cost of the petrol there and back four days a week for three years". That makes me think you are A.
Who am I? Well you were very close but not right. You were thinking of OLU, No....NO....I am not Olu. My name here is saint, I doubt Olu will ever be a saint, he can never be one. What I can tell you is that I am one of his Compatriot and also one of his Close friends. So I hope you know who I am now.
How are you doing anyway? hope you are cool, How is work? I will tell Olu to read this forum when he calls me. Take care.
@MBD: Yeah blacknet is a good place to meet old friends, I have a funny feeling i might know many more people here. I wouldn't have known that I know Abissinia if we didn't talk about Medway or Kent.
