If someone wanted to depress you and ruin your life how would they go about doing it?

whats the point of this???

1) Psycologically proven that if someone wants to ruin your life the best way to do it is to make you paranoid.

2) would have to be-freind you hence pretend to be your freind this way they are in the door from here they can mess up your relations with your family and freinds as having no freinds can lead to depression.

3) Spread vicious rumours as when people see you on the treet they laugh in your face which causes paranoia.

4) Blacklist them through contacts in the financial sector so they can't obtain credit easily done.

5) Find out their strenths, weaknesses, opportunities and their threats once you've gatherd this information anything is possible.

Bottom line is I have studied psycology so I know a thing or two and under no circumstances shouldthese startegies be used against anyone. I've put it here as a form of defence just in case somone istries to ruin someone life. If a person hatessomeone and if they have thisinformation they may do it.

Bollocks! Noone can depress you or mess up your life without your consent. They can try but it requires YOUR permission to determine how you react. Only you can control your reaction. No one can make you feel a certain way. Only you have control over that. surely psychology teaches that qui?

Believe me it can be done, absurd theat you mention that people need your permission. They it works is that you don't know it's happening they use stealth that's the MAIN point as I said they would have to know you and be-freind you.

Your spot on liono, in Blacknet I feel we should try and address most topics to evolve black people as knowledge is power, use you brain to the hilt. Yes we are living in a knew age where if someone hates you hence wants revenge they no longer do it through physical violence because of certain laws. So people have turned to psycological warfare as it does more long term damage. To plant a seed in someones head and leave it to manifest can be fatal depending on the strength of the person and if they see the whip coming. A person that demostarted this recently was Vitor in big brother when he spoke of alfha maling his opponents to be a dominant force, so people were laughing at him but I knew exactly what he was talking about. The world is changing , evolving all the time and we must move with it or we get left behind, you must always up the game and to do this is knowledge so don't dismiss a topic as being ridiculous when it can improve your defences thus advancing you.

Some guys can ruin womens lives in terms of just sitting at home with their breddrins smoking weed whilst their women is out working. The man will manipulate the women by telling her how much he loves her and giving her good sex but really he is just a parasite living off her.

Some women can ruin the lives of males also in terms of "picking them out" and having babies with them just to get a council house this can be devised as being a strategy because it's real and is happening all over the country.

Some kids ruin their parents lives by getting into crime in and out of trouble stressing them out and depressing them leaving them with doubts abot themselves saying "where did I go wrong"

Kids that are getting good grades at school and are walking in agood line then suddenly start mixing with bad crowds because they are percieved as being "cool" and will up their status. Suddenly get into drugs and crime, this is real it happens all the time.

Cults and bad religions that manipulate people into joining them often because the end result is to"give money" so it makes someone rich. But you can be influenced through freinds at work even family members so it sneaks up on you soon you will be findinding yourself doing demoralising acts.

Racism - this can be racism from black on blacks or blacks from other culures. The black on black racism is something that is becoming a serious talking point in living rooms recently and is seen as something to be corrected quickly as it ruins the self-esteem in brothers and sisters. Blacks should not single out other blacks for ridiculebecause of tone of skin or because of facial features this should beoutlawed within the black community. We all know about how white people can try and breakus down through racism, but the most serious type of racism is the racism thats not in your face the type that people don't even tell you their racist you just see the destruction that has happenened. What I mean by this is eg you have rising damp the most obvious cause for this is that you have failed DPC so you know what the cause is. Thats what you get with this type of white people you alwas see the problem first and then you see the cause, they cause = they never tell you to your face what they represent this is because of laws.

Me...typical Caribbean attitude. Who can mess up my life..cha man just relax.......The Caribbean attitude to adversity is famous. We laugh in the face of crisis. Woman trouble char get a next one. Husband leave, kiss teeth and move on life goes on....Everything has a purpose and reason bigger than us so why stress yourself...Suicide levels minimal if not non existent...

Whites could not endure what we take in our stride and still move forward and still smile and can always fine the funny side or positive in life. Hurricane wipe out towns. No sweat we can build them again and I never liked the old post office in the first place.

As far as being blacklisted is concerned:

One thing that I have come to learn is money talks and bullshit walks. Spite will get you NOWHERE but what I do know is that the white man has no allegiance to NOONE. If he feels that he can make money off of your talent a deal can and WILL always be made. So no matter how hard time get, if you believe in yourself and your talent you will always be able to COPE (hey Sandy.)

I don't know maybe it's just me but does it seem that the people who do trifling shit like that are the one's who have been struggling so long to hit it big but for some reason they just cant seem to blow up. You know the types, they spend all day posting their wack ass music on websites like sohh.com (shout out to all the groupie beyoches thatsweat dudes like thatthinking they're going to get somewhere)or wannabe writers who've just been on the grind for so long that they now have become bitter. Yeah I know how it is when all you can do is steal ideas (but you never seem to rock them right) and kissing ass desperately trying to remain part of a "secret society" that really doesn't exist (stupid flunkies.)

But see there's only one problem do you think everyone around YOU is as loyal to YOU as you perpetrate to be to them.
