A black man/woman in a group of let's just saythat includes 3 or4 white people. You can bet your life on it, the black person will be the one cracking the funniestjokes and making everybody laugh?

Why is that?

Well, black cultures are more lively and expressive than the reserved English politeness - and this is part of it - but i think it is true that alot of the time, whites will expect the black person of the group to entertain them with jokes and stories;they will get a problem withitsometimes if the black person isnt boisterous. Cos we always gotta be Chris Rock or Mo'nique, right? *rollseyes*

Someblacks are well aware of this also,and they will play the entertainer on purposeto gain acceptance from white people - but its nothingnew. White folks have always been most at ease with blacks who will shuck and jive for them.
