I was having a chat with a friend who wants to get out of being employed and go solo and he's not the only one that wants to make that move but as a race in UK most of our people are employed in civil servive whereby they are binded by the contract of not working outside govt job..do u think thats one of the reason that we dont have many black owned businesses whether its black hair products shops or real estate agency..and how do asians do it where we couldnt is it that we couldnt take that plunge or something else now I wonder how many would consider this if oppurtunities occur
