I was eating some porridge this morning minding my own business and one of my white colleagues made it his business to askme what I waseating.Out of courtesy I replied Porridge. Oh, but that was not enough, he also went on to ask if it wasScott's Oats Porridge. I just ignored him. Nosy or what? Too may damn question for my liking. May I also add that this has happened more than once.
Another thing that they seem to do is that they expect you to know every movement that the blacks make in the office. I am responsible only for myself and no-one else.:X
Personally when I am in an office environment I do not ask any questions that does not concern the job that I am paid to do.
Anyone else experienced this sort of behavior at work.

You should put up some form of sign stating that you are there to work, you do not wish to socialise with anyone and would rather people did not ask you any questions (personal or otherwise) that did not relate to the job in hand.
