Lately with all the news about terrorism as the topic of discussion, I am curious on what people think. Does terrorism work and is it a successful way at achieving a goal or power?
Many movements which could be called by terrorists by one person could be called a freedom fighter ect by another. I have noticed that in places like Ireland the word terrorism in domestic affairs (like the IRA's past attacks ect.) are viewed differently by every person.
In other countries I have noticed that one way of terrorism breeds another group who fights for another goal (like in the congolese civl war).
