You'd be surprised at the amount of food they can put away. I watched a documentary on them and they were proper tucking into their food while they were getting their hair and make up done. Fried chicken, some long ass chilli dogs, cakes, u name it they ate it. It's only true say they go gym why they stay slim, because if u remember when the original destinys child first came out Beyonce was bigger than she is now. You can tell she has one of dem shapes where she will put on weight instantly if she stopped exercising, and it will all be on the hips and stomach.

They did used to eat loads of food, especially Kelly, but i think Beyonce was smaller before, she just had not grown up yet. Look at No,no,no video, no thighs like now, no way.
