new black owner of corner shop

thereis a corner shop in my area where i live, which is impresive. its very large with all the basic stuff you need, very well stocked and roomy and really quite posh. it was recently done up so its very new.

anyway when it finally opened i went in there expecting an asian owner like everywhere else in london but to my surprise there was a nice middle aged black woman probably from the carribean at the counter, so i asked her if she owned the shop and she yeah. she and her husband who is also black owns the shop. i cant tell you how happy i am. obviously from now on thats where i will be doing my shopping, no tesco no asian cornershop but this one.

i urge you all to do the the same. support black businessniceone.gif

I concur with the above posters

I have black owned cornershop round my ends and they are very friendly. I think most black people, specially women can spt a knucklehead with their eyes closed and they know I always come in knowing wha I want so I never get wondering eyes

Also, the people I buy mixtapes off are black in lverpools treet ut because of their srvice I alwsays go back there, even though I'm sure there must be some closer to my ends. Believe, I more then happy to support the cause as long as people show us good customer service

@ Black_Power : Re everyting u say bro Barbershops & Haidressers..Music shops & Clothes shops mainly (Americanized/or big arse name brand tings) Food shops..But lets not knock as u say help & big up but its hard work, as l believe that people think dat u may have an ulterior motive..

@ Black_Power : A mobility shop wow clp)yeh now u c dats diffrent, its bizness like dat which is what we need more of, get'n our fingers into other pies.Not every1 has that bizness like brain but support'n should be paramount 4 ourselves as this is a key 2 our growth & strengh as a unit..

Me and a friend were going to open a computer game/dvd shop
