1a. The democrats will be torn as how to shift their base. Some will want to support clark and take a more "centralist" position (i.e. Right wing). Others will want to shift to the left and support Dean. This will create dissension in the party which the republicans will cease upon to discredit the democrats as "confused and weak" while using Rudy Giuliani's popularity to get another 4-8 years in office.

1b. The democrats will begin to compromise their image and take a step away from their base towards the south. Clark will run for president and if their base is angry enough support Dean for either Veep or another high office.

2a. Dissent will grow within the youth (as it already is). After the current administration destroys social security in a ignorant attempt to privatize it, flagrantly violate constitutional rights, continue to demean and destroy soverign nations, create a huge dficit for them to bear, and finally wash away the thin veneer of "the american dream" that has so long blinded them: revolutionary groups will begin to grow from their current seeds, social disobedience will grow and the majority of intelligent and enlightened youth will fight back against the country or leave it.

2b. Clark/Dean will win and, while making things better, will continue to enact the US agenda of oppression, violence and terroris. . . I mean liberation. . . it has supported since it's inception. Dissent will grow in vastly smaller pockets.

3a. An era of revolution and protest will be sparked once again. Those who fight will have learned from the mistakes of their predecessors, they will not compromise or fade away after half-won victories. Because of this the arrogant administration will declare them terrorists and combat enemies, using force and denying due process. This will awaken many to the dystopian nature of the country. Civil war (violent or political will ensue).

3b. Generations will pass and world government will become solidified. 99% of the world will be slaves to the 1% while blissfully and stupidly smiling. . .

We all know things are getting worse.
