On the contrary, an economy based on Corporate profit and shares, entrenches the existing Power Elite. Now, not only do they have political power over the population- no free press, no vote- they have them in an economic vise as well. The Chinese peoples are now facing the same horrors we did during our Industrial Revolution, only without a government or press that might in any way be swayed to help their plight. Forced off their lands by the arrival of polluting Corporate agribusinesses
