I have been watchingCnn's Tsunami survivors stories and I gotta admit that I was moved by it.. every time I wacht the whole happening, I have an overwhelming sadness.. as you guyz have seen the Tsunami has costed lives more 135000 individuals where 98% are Asian but when you watch CNN you would wonder if 98% where Europeans... every 8 out of 10 survivors shown on screen are whites... did the Tsunami hit the hardest the Tourists or the Local folks?.. Im really wondering this.. why am I seeing whites on tv ?.. this is an asian devestation and they are not showing the real survivors... the Asians had had nothing in the first place or very little and now all of a sudden a catastrophe strikes, I believe they are the victims.. why shouldCNN feature Europeans as the real victim?
western media in particular european media(which includes usa) only want to know how it has effected them and their own people. they dont see the locals in a different light. its big time tourist area so i am sure many locals can speak english to them but it goes to show who is number one for whitey
