Monday will be good…..If we start now that will give me two months before I am to leave for training.
More than enough time as I have to take a PFT (Physical Fitness Test) before I leave.

Oh,
.......I want to gain strength and stamina. Being bulking as a scout is a no no. We cary 115lbs full combat weight plus an extra 15lbs day pack...the heavier your are the more weight you have to carry.
I'm the team leader of two teams Alpha and Bravo....and at 32 I'm the oldest. My next old guy is my communications guy he's 24...I need to push a little harder then I've done in the past (age is catching up to my arse)
so my goal is 90% in each event for testing and to increase to maintin the level of stamina that I have. As Scouts we RARELY takes shots. Scout/Sniper are used more for Recon and small insersions
...what compounds this problem is that I'm no longer active duty...(reservist)...so on top of civlian duties I have had to movtivate myself to continue my military conditioning.
