I haven't done that, but when I bought my first car I didn't have a clue what type of petrol to put in it. A very kind man helped me out...

Yeah, I can imagine.

This'll make you laugh. My car went on for a service & MOT last week. I had a little amount of petrol in it, and I was debating whether to put any in before. I told hubby this, who say why not? I said "don't they take the petrol out to filter it when they service it?"

Didn't you hear the hysterical laughter coming from South London on Saturday morning???

Plus, it needed 3 new tyres - guess who parks too close to the kerb???
