I mean take for instance something happens here. They skip the intelligent articulate brotha or sista and head straight for lil Woo Woo. You know the girl with the rollers in her head who makes a smacking sound after every sentence or the brotha with 6 gold teeth and looking at him you can tell he has warrants. And both will start the interview off with "Uhhmm, Dis whut hapuned...."

Here we are always just crining when we see the person they picked to interview. I was just wondering if that happens there as well. Grrrrr

Interesting. I haven't noticed this. I see intelligent and well dressed black people interviewed from time to time as well as the odd idiot.

Really, I don't think there is any underlying motive...

I'm sure, it happens in America here too. We always ask, why must they go straight to the black people that speak worse than the southern whites? Again, they are helping to perpatuate a lie. That we are so dumb. They believe that our brains are smaller than theirs, so that's why we are dumb and they want us to thank them for bringing us over here to live civil and also to thank them for freeing us from slavery. When we all know that those whites didn't do anything for us because of morality, but only for their sake. All politics. So I'm sure they deliberately try to pick a black that sounds unintelligent to them in the UK as well as they do over here in the US.

Here they do something far worse and more insidious. They have a topic usually something bad about black folk, supported with stats and government figures and focus groups...

They find a black expert to come on their shows and tell them how bad we all are. Usually this person is someone who professes to be a "leader of the black community" but I cant for the life of me remember any one of them leading a damn thing. They always find the biggest idiot self hating fool to put up there and agree with their nonsense. There is always one about.

As for finding ghetto people to speak their opinions.... they dont even let us on TV let alone give opinions, those who do are always middle class suburbanites. Its quite different trust me.

Man that is bad. A gu darker than anyone on TV saying that the darker you are the slower the synapse in your brain works and you guys just looking dumbfounded that he would even say any thing like that. Yep, I guess our embarrassment is nowhere near as bad as your probable disgust at the "experts"
