Whenever I choose bananas I make sure they are labelled Fair Trade. OK, they are smaller than the juicy looking South American variety BUT every bunch you buy is saving the life of a caribbean child. And whats more the Caribbean bananas are sweeter and arenaturally grown.The south america i.e panama/mexica/uraguay etc are packed with STEROIDS, and they have a harder, horrible tastingcentre. Lets buy carribean for a change!
