In a college town where I live, even the most educated black youths I know can't seem to act like educated individuals they are. They are really loud, they like to have their music very loud that the whole world can hear. It's like saying 'hey I'm oppressed, we were oppressed but look at me now.' Yes I understand they've come a long way but there are better ways to declare your presence. They're just all over the place. I can't even hear myself think with their music!

I read a post by Iolite, and really, what part of black culture promotes loudness and "uncouth behaviors?"

don't act like people of other races don't play their loud. there are educated people of all races who play their music loud or who are even criminals at the worst. I see educated 'white' people , whose definition of having a good time is getting drunk and vomiting in the street and then when they come back they play their music loudly.
Why do white people and other races act like they are all good and then do nasty things behind closed doors. their whole bloody life is a pretense and a farce, spent covering things up.

there are loud people of all races, it's just that your purpose is to rag on black people. You notice things in them, because you are watching them most likely and take not only of the things that agree with what you think. Youths, full stop, can be loud and uncouth.

that reference to oppression was so stupid. why should playing loud music have anything to do with oppression? your so stupid. your post more or less sounds like an excuse to make out that black people think about slavery every minute of the day and anything deviant or unacceptable that they do is related to those so called thoughts.

Playing loud music in no way subtrtacts from anyones character,civil nature or gives you the right to make a blannket statement about the whole race.

You can't say that just because someone is educated that they are meant to act in a certain way, or otherwise they are not acting like they are educated. You seem the type of person who will use any excuse to look down on someone else.

For you to say that just because someone is educated they are/ should be a certain type of person is dumb. everyday you open the bloody newspaper there is someone 'educated' of whatever race, who has killed their spouse, is a serial paedophile, does some sort of honour killing, white trash youths terrorising their neighbour hoods or getting some 11/12 girl pregnant or being convicted of rape, people having to hide from their own families because their families have put a bounty on their head because they won't have an arranged marriage, people embezzling money from organizations, policemen taking sexual advantage of civilians, white men going abroad to have sex with children, the list is endless.

Youths can be loud full stop ,it's just that's what you choose to think about black youths. Those same supposed white people that you quiet in the street are the same idiots falling all over themselves, drunk in the street, vomiting causing fights coming back late at night and playing their loud music on me!

that's excatly what i'm talkin about. when black people talk about eachother, white people just use it to justify their prejudice and discrimination/racism etc, that's why i don't like to include caucasians in black discussions. they've aways got bloody something up their damn sleeves!
