In business you have to hire the most qualified person if you want it to stay afloat! Study Micro and Macro economics and Business management theory and take an accounting course.

If you master those basics and run your business with your mind as oppsed to your heart you will experience long term success.

As a business person you can help Black people through scholarships, hold trainings, sponsor workshops on relevant topics and encourage people around you to do better. Opt not for a business plan that is solely for the benefit for the community, put your time and energy into something that will turn a profit like rental property, a barbershop/beauty salon, a law firm, private medical practice, consultancy or a construction company.

I hope that helps some. The best way to help Black people is for you to become successful and an example to others.

Say it LOUD! "I\'M BLACK and I\'M PROUD!"

In addition to what was already said you should also subcontract out to other black owned companies..For example if you need to hire an outside accounting firm get a black owned accounting firm..Alot of cities in the U.S. give yougov't dollars for subcontracting out to a certain number of minority subcontractors (assuming you live in the U.S)..

Sell up, take the proceeds and give them ALL to the destitute.
