@All this is a footnote from a massive academic paper we are producing for an intenational conference. It is indirectly related to this issue as we are examing whiy white men are fearful of black men and have been from day one and their own literature makes this clear. 1. In attempting to advance possible scientific explanation for important black masculine characteristics, as in their size, strength, or athleticism. It must first be stressed that given the preponderance of evidence and its consistency in terms of perceptions, historically or sociologically that these observations cannot be adequately explained purely in subjective or ideological terms, and some empirical basis to these beliefs must exist (Allport ibid).

The ability to disprove the views of schoolteachers or children that black boys are “bigger� is a relatively straightforward enough. The observation that no writer in the literature challenges these claims, suggest their validity in part or whole. Fleming provides a classic example of how these matter are handled, in his essay on Asians and black physicality and sport. He challenges many of the clearly erroneous racial explanations for blacks perceived superior performance in sport. However he makes no attempt, once having achieved his objective, to explain the consensus from sporting personnel ranging from world champions to local coaches for black dominance in a range of sporting disciplines.

During slavery whites paid great attention to assessing the performance and capacities of their captives (and where they originated from no different than in dog or horse breeding) which determined price and a very serious business given the type of profits involved. Issues such as the fecundity of black males and women and choosing good breeders (Smith and Smith; 29) were as important as matters regarding strength and working capacity. For example Freestone (: 139) cites the white fascination with the Gold Coast African who were very highly prized given their superior performance capabilities, particularly in the case of the Akan.

However these tribes capacity for being “haughty� “ferocious� and “stubborn� made them some of the most feared groups of Africans and seen by their central role in countless uprisings in Africa and the Caribbean. In assessing contemporary social science on the issues in question it would appear as if the historical observations by white and other contemporaries do not exist or are of no social or scientific value. If such observations are used it is usually done in a bias manner which is characteristic of pathological explanations. Any historical or cultural traits which influence black behaviour is seen as essentially negative and inconceivable that many of the observations made historically (by whites and blacks themselves) may have validity, and act as positive performance characteristics in modern society.

While accepting the dominant view in the scientific and anthropological literature Diop (1991) argues the issue of race in science is a slippery and complex subject. On the one hand the consensus is that there is only one human species and race, while on the other he stresses that the same observers who deny the biological existence of race are prone to use racial explanations in other areas of inquiry, as medical and genetic science to explain a range of phenomenon e.g. diseases as in sickle cell amongst certain populations groups than others (Danouff 2002).

Diop’s view on the issue is that all human life originated in Africa and evolved from black Africans, from which distinct population groups, later to be defined as “races� by racial theorists descended from (Gilroy 2000). These groups largely due to migration to other land masses principally Europe and Asia evolved through environmental and climatic changes.

An important development of this African origin thesis is that of Rogers (1970) who shows the significant diversity of population types indigenous to Africa, which range from the Masai, the tallest human beings, to the Kalahari bushmen pygmies amongst the shortest, and between the darkest in complexions to the fairest. This view is consistent with DNA research which suggests that eighty percent of human diversity exists within a relatively small section of humans and exists intra group, as opposed to between them.

Moreover, differences in skin colour are genetically insignificant in scientific terms (Danouff ibid), although the melanin gene which produces skin these differences is potentially very important. Given that African slavery involved the capturing of hundreds of millions of people from one of the largest population centres, (Clarke 1992) with the greatest diversity, simple random probability would suggest that whites would encounter particular types of Africans in physical and psychological characteristics.

Rodgers is excellent because he shows the African origins of China, Japan with black Chinese, Black Japanse. We know about India. but also Polynesiia etc. Also genetically whites cannot produce black or other coloured people. It is a recessive gene and an absence of colour not a colour eg a deficiency. Hence why whites are a numerical minority and have always been compared to the hoards of Asia and Africa.

Your explanation is a complete fudge -
The first being need not have been black at all. If they were created by an interaction between EM waves, which are either colourless or any of the colours we are capable of perceiving (depending on wavelength) then the matter produced could also emit, when excited a photon of any wavelength which may be colourless or coloured.
