My top ten dinner guests.
1. My grandmother (R.I.P) - so much more to ask and tell her.
2. Toni Morrison - I have loved her books and find her inspirational, seen her on television too. Always wished that I had the ability to write words that are so powerful.
3. Gene Roddenbury - I have always been an undercover sci- fi nerd, love Star trek next generation et al. Wonder who and what inspired him.
4. Curtis Mayfield - I just find his music sublime, and I admire him a great deal.
5. Buddha - too many questions, and much respect
6. Jesus - for the same reason
7. The prophet Mohammed - see above.
8. Rumi - beautiful poetry
9. Khalil Gibran - Just love his words and his work
10. Paulo Coelho - Was meant to go to his book signing in Central London and I missed it.
Blacknet Book Club coming soon...

My ten
- God (right to the top..)
- My grandfather
- Marvin Gaye (to ask him how it felt to have made so many baby making songs and then die miserably by his father)
- Bill gates (so I can sing "Did u ever think that you would be this rich...")
- Reverend Samuel Ajayi Crowther (he was a liberalist in Nigeria ,I would love to pick his brains..)
- Oduduwa (if he really existed..)
- Da vinci (why he really as cheeky as his paintings suggested..)
- Muritala Mohammed (the only millitary government leader in Nigeria the people wanted who was assassinated)
- Eve ( in hindsight would she have pretended to have been allergic to apples??)
- My nuclear family (ok thats cheating, but I couldn't imagine them missing this moment
)

Genghis Khan andAtilla the Hun I need to know what was the point? Oh and was it any fun?
Naomi Campbell,Olsen Twins, TaraPalmer-Tomkinson, Paris HiltonetcFor GK and AtH to demonstrate precisely what pillage and plunder means in a modern context.
The judges in the Hagler and Leonard fight I want an explaination. If I am not satisfied with the answers then I have other uses for GK and AtH. I could get them to judge AtH and GK plunder and pillage techniques on the afore mentioned umm ladies. See how THEY react to dodgy decisions...
Shaka Some war stories before the appetisers would go down well. Would like to see if he gets on with Genghis and Atillaas well. The tactics and manuveres lecture would be fun.
Lobengula... so umm where is the gold? Shaka could make him tell me!
Jesus What a swell guy, Im sure he could keep the peace. But no parables at the dinner table. Changing water into wine would be a great miracle though.
Cecil Rhodes I would be courteous and polite and nice to my illustrious guest. Then he could wrestle Shaka at the end of the evening... to the death.
Plato, Marx, Blair What do you think is the ideal state of governance? If they get too boring and wordy (that is almost garaunteed) Im sure GK, AtH and Shaka would help the conversation along...
Ashanti For stimulating conversation and charming nature
Melissa Ford, Esther Baxter, Meagan Goode, Taral Hicks To keep Ashanti on her toes and well behaved.
Some very big and brutal enuchs of low intelligenceTo protect the afore mentioned ladies from the other guests and obey my commands.
Jill Scott and Erykah to sing to us afterwards, helps digest the food you see.

Adolph Hitler: See below
Rasputin I would ask him if his theory of sin in order to be forgiven has worked for him or Hitler. I would also invite Jesus and Mike Tyson so if Rasputin’s theory proves to be correct I’ll get Tyson to do a job on Jesus.
Would invite Arnold schwarzeneger as a back up just in case Tyson gets the fear of the almighty and refuse to do a job on Jesus. All Arnie will be required for is to call Tyson “girly man, see what happens when Tyson is angry…
Che Guevara: He can tell amazing stories of what it was like to launch a victorious socialist revolution against Batista, while suffering from crippling asthma, and off course, he has to bring Alberto Granadas with him.
Queen Nzingha would be nice to hear what it felt like to defeat the arrogant Portuguese from the great lady her self.
Marcus Garvey but he’s probably better off with the ancestors…. The state of us might be too much of disappoint for him to take but sure would be great to speak to this great man.
Her Empress Candace…. Would love to hear what she thought of Alexander the chicken also would be nice to have her there just in case any of the men try to get out of hand.
There is more but my dinner table is too small.
Hmmm come to think of it, i can squeeze (literally) one more... and would have tobeMorris Yummy Chestnut (if bp and dm can have their eye candies so can i lol).

Great question, I would invite:
Yaya from America's next top model(self-explanatory).
Sanaa Lathan(self-explanatory).
Gabrielle Union(self-explanatory).
Amel Larrieux(my first reason is self-explanatory; my second reason is: to perform her music).
Common, Mos Def, KRS-1, and Chuck D(To perform and discuss the issues of the day).
Malcolm(To discuss our peoples condition, his life, and his thoughts on his assassination).
Jesus(To gain complete knowledge).
