u can use any kind of juice..or soy milk, or cow milk ....i use soy because i don't do dairy products.. i always add ice cubes to mine...but they are not needed..
u can use a strawberry, mango, kiwi combo
a banana, strawberry combo
carrot, apple, ginger combo
pineapple, coconut, almond combo
whatever type of supplements u want to add...vitamin & mineral, protein powder etc
my favorite is
soy milk, strawberries, blueberries, spirulina, bee pollen,a drop of honey, flax oil
i recently made that one up... tasted better than i expected...lol
but i use alot of combinations, depends onwhat i feel like tasting at the time..and what type of produce is in season...butbelow u will find some links to some recipes...
