actullay...............read the flippin story she was stopped for speading.................NOT FOR BEING ON THE PHONE

so judging by the history of police brutality the woman made the call after she has been stopped, to WARN whoever is on the phone that she is beinbg stopped and hence if I DO NOT MAKE IT HOME CALL MY LAWYER.........cause everyhting is recorded on the phone.

Stupid and arrogent.......................and you telling me that is not the attributes of someone with an "attitude"

also judging by the story would you sign anything given to you by police? even when i get a ticket i don't sign shit unless I am to blame.

you write a load of Farts...................seriously , and the day you get stopped and you "abide" and still get whopped and dragged, is the day i will give a big belly full laugh.

anyway enough of you

@the non-slave mentality sisters and brothers

do you think a VISIBLY pregnant white woman would get tasa at her neck?

obvioulsy not

anyway

she better get her lawyers and sue the crackers and sell out supporters...........make it a warning!

Miami cops use
stun gun on
another child

MIAMI - Police have admitted using a stun gun to immobilize a 12-year-old girl just weeks after an officer jolted a first-grader with 50,000 volts.
Police Director Bobby Parker defended the use of a Taser on the 6-year-old boy last month because he was threatening to injure himself with a shard of glass.
But Parker said he couldn't defend shocking the girl, who ran from cops who caught her drinking and skipping school on Nov. 5. According to the incident report, Officer William Nelson was walking her to his car to take her back to school when she fled. Nelson said he chased her and yelled several times for her to stop before firing the Taser when she began to run into traffic.
Parker said officers can use the Taser to apprehend someone, but he said he expected his officers to use better judgment.

@cashmoney

the article with the kids is different...............because they were putting themselves AT RISK........................no comparison whatsoever.

anyway

@all

Off topic

i want a tasa gun to discipline any future kids i have, imagine " shut up eat your veg or else " points tasa at neck"

I mean it seems from this thread that it is ACCEPTABLE to discapline people with tasa guns.

@
Mafdet I think yo the actual slave your self.

They certain order given by the pigs that you cant fight
But every Individual as hes/her right. and if the popo should deprive you of that Right, Then you are entitled to take action.

Believe me many of you have sky here. watch the cops series that comeds up on bravo and see how american cops treat women. They ruff handle them just as bad.Seen one where the officer thumped a lady

Obviously this one was more extreme cuz she was black.
But she doesnt have a case to fight now. cuz the situation is 50:50 . which could have been 100:0 on her own win.

If she got out the car and they tazed then she will have a valuable reason to take the maximum of legal action.

There is a possiblility that if she followed the procedures this would have been simply avoided.

If a police asks you to get out the car, then you have to. Its the law. Its stinks. But it is what it is.

obviously she got stopped cuz she was black .
Obviously the tassed her cuz she was black.

But why didnt she just make things Easy for herself and followed procedures.

she was drving while on the phone and she still had the phone even when she was stopped.

so mafdet you can can come with that slavery metality talk. but they are some situations in life where you have to apply some common intitiative and if you dont then these things will occur.

We can all say what we would have done, or what she should have done...as a black american woman who has been stopped by cops numerous times for some bullshit, I would have not gotten out of the careither....If I know that I was stopped fornon sense..when they come to the car...my first question is Officer can you tell me why you are stopping me? once a long time ago when I was younger and did notknow any better, I was pulled over and on his speaker, he instructed me to get out of the car and to get into theback of his, when I got into theback of his car, he started asking me personal questions...like are you married etc...I just told himif he was going to write me a ticket..just write it and not question me... another instanceI was stoppedfor no reason at all...it was about 3 a.m. I was coming from the hospital..and again I was like Officer why am I being stopped, he did not answer, he just asked me for my license and Insurance, I did not havean Insurance card because everything is in the computer system that I am sure he ran from my tags before he stopped me...so he went to his car for a while and came back...all he said was mam have a nice night...Nowwhen stopped, I lock the doors and I don'tput the window all the way down, and I get my phone in hand...bignoHere in America black people know the real deal about cops, and I don't blame her for not getting out of the car...there have been too many police brutality cases here..and that is only the ones that came forward...I am sure there are many that we don't know or hear about...few months ago a cop kidnapped a man, put him inthe trunk of the police car, drove him into the woods beat the hell out of him and left himto dieand whenthe copcould not account for the time he was missing, he told his boss he was the one kidnapped... PEOPLE NEED TO WAKE UP....

this video was heartbreaking....enraged the hell out of me...because I knowhow those fools roll over here ...and that could have easilybeen me or some woman that I loved, or just a sistah in general...

Enjeefee,

maybe she should have, but do you tell me that those guys could have pulled her out of the car?! I mean, there were two cops, not skinny cops who could have pulled the lady out of the car and handcuff her, but why taze her? I didn't see this woman attack them or anything. I still don't agree with how they did her. Do you notice that everytime a cop does something like that, especially with people of color it's always "justified"? A cop can murder you in cold blood and the law will say they are that. They can harass you as they please and then still will get off on it. I don't care if she would have been obedient to them, they will find some way to make you pay for their crime.

Not long ago ,In my statethere was a Black man who was killed by the police,---- by the tazer gun.Mind you that the man was in a struggle with the police, but they used ity on him and he end up dying of it. The cops are trying to blame his death on drugs----oh yeah! that is another thing about the police, every time a supposed suspect dies in ther hand , they will always say it's drugs or a heart defect. If I'm not mistaken this guy had neither before they came along. With Black folks it's always that. That is why there are some civil rights leaders who want to challenge that and those tazer guns. 51plus people have died with the tazer gun. Of course some of the police and the manufacturers have denied it, but at least 51 or more people have died across the US, "coincidently" by that gun!We should do as were are told, but at the same time we should not let this go on deaf ears. There are innocent people, just as much as guilty who go through the same thing because of what the rules suppose to be. They'll say they be justfied in what they do, but a great deal of that stuff they do aren't. That is just the police way of getting back at people.

PS. I wish I could get a newspaper artcle of the man I was taling about an pot it on here, but I have to be a member of that and I'm not. It doesn't matter how that person acts( in a case like hers), if she didn't cause any harm to them, they shouldn't cause none to her. Don't let their " justications" fool you.

So you'd rather get tazed than get outta the car? You'd stay in the car asking the cop questions about why he pulled you over, when you know you've been speeding while talking on the phone? Astonishing...
Quote:
I have been pulled over for speeding while talking on the phone....never been asked to get out of the car...he simply took my info and wroteme a ticket...I simply took the ticket and went on my way.....I did ask why he stopped me, as always...and he said that I was going 80 mph in a 60 mph zone...which was bull because I was on the highway and there were 18 wheelers all over the place, and every car was going slower than normal because of merging traffic, how could I be going faster than every one in front of me? Imay have been going over 60mph, but I damn sure was not going 80mph...that is why I ask questions, so when I go to court, I can dispute it ..if I was not in the wrong... and as far as the taze question...that is why I lock my doors and don't let the windows all the way down...if he wants to arrest me..he has to call for back up, which more than likely will draw more attention...then if I get tazed, I know there is a better chance of someone else outside of law enforcement who saw it...

Quite clearly these police acted in a very unprofessional manner and I hope but doubt they will be taken to task to the letter of the law....I lived in Bangkok, Thailand for sometime a while back and I have a good friend who is a volunteer (and a photo journalist)with one of Bangkoks volunteer rescue service crews(they seriously lack ambulances there). He has shown me a portfolio of the Royal Thai Polices Forces handy work, two years ago they were given apparent impunity to deal with the menace of Ya Ba (mad medicine) at least 4000 people were killed without trial on the streets, some in the cross fire of shootouts. He has tried to get these injustices into the mainstream media but without much success, nobody knows or cares it seems???..My wife who is Thai (I could tell you a few tails of racist ignorant plebs, but not now!) tells me nothing will be done as families without connections/money are up the Swanny river so to speak....Maybe they could come to my town and deal with the menace of the CHAVS and PIKIES
