To the people who are going on about she should just have gotten out the car...i have just watched it twice, and from what i observed, the polimen used TOO much excesive force that was not necesery......if they have been there for like more than 5 or 10 mins i can understand....but it was just a few moments....and they looked agitated already anyways.

As much as i am against people using phones whilst driving, i wouldn't condone that kind of agression for such an offence...she wasn't armed or threatening...what was the point?
