Why is it thatmostly girls, but even mav starve theirselves to lose weight? Or even throwing up? Peopleprefer hurt theirselves instead of chosing a nicee and healthy diet, work out and gain muscles or changing their lifestyles a bit. Why is it that people do this? Do you think thats fair? To see thousends of children and adults in Africa, who hardly get any food and get sich or even die? Those people need food. So isnt it crazy that people would chose to do this, just for losing weight, even when there are other solutions?

I'd like to hear your experiences about these "habits", and I'd like to know who of ya'll has ever been there and done it? I do have times where Id like to stick a finger in my troth and thrwo it all up, becouse it is a fast way of losing weight. But Ive never done it becouse it isnt healthy and it isnt fair. So please peepz, share your story with me and the rest. Thank You =)

a while ago i had weight issue. i was size 14 and i wanted to get down to size 10 or even better size 18. i started with the atkins diet so anyways after a couple of weeks i lot my apetite completely, so i stoped eating completley. i dint chew anything for two months. i would get dizzy now and againg . then i wouldjust drinkcoke or any other drink that's got sugar in it. in order to bring my sugar level up and feel alright. i lost 3 stones all together. quite a result. am not saying starving urself is any good and bare in mind that i dint start a diet with the intention of starving myself i just ended up doing. so i guess people chooose to starve demselve to get a better a result in a short amount of time

You could've done yourself some serious internal damage. Don't know know that Coke is akin to paint-stripper for the human body?

The Atkins diet may have done damage to your body as well.

I think you'd find that most people who make themselves sick actually have an illness. They're either Bulimic or Anorexic, where they see themselves as fat even when they weigh 4 stones. In a lot of cases they have to be sectioned in order to save their lives.

So, my view is, if you are making yourself throw up after meals, you are Bulimic, and need specialist help - fast.

I wa sthinking that @ efenjee but its dangerous to think that there arent peo amongst us who harbour this mentality


Use fatburners and boxing training( minus the sparring) and you can lose weight the correct way whilst still mantaining a decent diet. One thing about losing weight the wrong way

You skin starts to look old, and sagging, the sagging is most accentuated in your chest and as we know sagging cant be corrected by anything apart from expensive surgery. Be careful about cutting weight like a maniac

I don't know who all these women are trying to lose weight for.

I love fat and thick women, especially if they're proportioned right and have nice glossy skin.
