I had a mentor when i was 16, i wasnt a good child. he wasthe father of aboy i knew from school. He was assigned to me through the mentoring agency who sort of became my family. THEY LOVED ME DOWN THERE, it wasnt like mentoring no more, just family. anyway...
I was asking him questions like 'what do you think the meaning of life is? Where did we come from as human beings? What are we? etc etc
He told me alot things and one of those things was to do this....
Find a mirror and be alone, its just you and the mirror and hardly no noise.
Stand facing the mirror so your shoulders to your face are viewable only. (if its a small mirror) so your quite close to the mirror.
Look directly at yourself and dont move an inch apart from one finger on one hand, and with that finger point to e.g shoulder, nose, ear, eye, lip, mouth, eyebrow.
Bare in mind i didnt include a (S) so you point individually. and you say for example this is my nose, this is my mouth, this is my eye...
You have to do this slowly bringing your arm back down and up again saying 'this... is... my... eye .................................................. ... this ... is .... my... nose
Keep doing it, staring in the same place - preferrably your eyes and then something may happen. it doesnt happen to alot of peoploe cos they are not doing it properly, or long enough,or are thinking other thoughts apart from just doing what i said.
I had an experience but as my mentor said 'everyone has a different experience so i cant tell you mine and you dont tell no one yours'.
If anyone has done this before or is going to do this could you reply saying if you had an experience. if you decide to say what it was then...
anyone else who does this try not to take into mind the experience they had or it wont work with you as you are trying to subconsciously get the same experience.
