I read one of David Icke's books. I don't recall the title. It is similar in perspective to the following though different in detail. The trouble with secret societies is that they are so secret.

The Ultimate Fronier got me interested in this occult/conspiracy stuff 30 years ago. It includes the reincarnation angle but little on aliens. Rule by Secrecy is the most serious conspiracy book I know of. The last 30 pages or so, go into the alien angle but it's too wierd for me.
